Having opened its doors to the public in 1810, The Royal was actually the first hotel in Weston-Super-Mare! The venue has earned a fantastic reputation over the years, and back in 2010 celebrated its 200th anniversary by launching a superb selection of magical wedding packages.

Facilities

The Royal maintains a licence to host civil marriage and partnership ceremonies, enabling you to relax and let the experienced and friendly professional staff look after you throughout your entire wedding day.

Civil ceremonies with up to 150 guests can take place in The Birnbeck Suite, which features large bay windows that overlook the grounds, Weston seafront and the coast of Wales in the distance.

Catering is provided by an exceptional team of in-house chefs, who will be ready and willing to tailor a unique menu around your precise needs on request.

The Royal Hotel offers a selection of beautifully decorated ensuite bedrooms which vary in size from single rooms to large family apartments, and a complimentary Four-Poster Bridal Suite for the newlyweds!

Your own personal wedding coordinator will work closely in tandem with you to plan your perfect wedding, and act as Master of Ceremonies come the day itself to ensure everything flows seamlessly without a hitch.
