This grand Georgian country house has been functioning as a flexible and versatile space for creative wedding ceremonies and receptions since 2012.
Sparkford Hall's friendly and helpful staff will help you arrange the perfect day you've always imagined. The venue can be decorated in order to complement your wedding style and theme down to the last detail, and you and your guests will be able to enjoy a sumptuous dining experience provided by excellent local caterers.
There are 15 deluxe bedrooms which can sleep up to a total of 36 guests, with plenty more space for others to stay over in our camping orchard with glamping options available.
Sparkford Hall is a veritable maze of magnificent hallways, atmospheric fireplaces and exquisite antiques, and outside you and your guests can pose for unforgettable wedding photographs in front of a scenic orchard and immaculately-kept gardens.
Should you wish to familiarise yourself with venue before the big day, Sparkford Hall offers a wonderful location for Hen or Stag retreats, where cocktail making, clay-pigeon shooting and kart racing can be arranged!

We have a wedding planner/event organiser available to assist with any (or all) of your specific individual requirements. Local knowledge is so important to secure the services of the best suppliers for your wedding to ensure that organising your big day is as stress-free as possible..
Ceremonies
Sparkford Hall has two rooms licensed to host civil wedding ceremonies - The Library, seating 25 and The Barn, for up to 300. In addition it is also possible to have a ceremony anywhere within the grounds.
Receptions
The house's elegant dining-room table can seat 36 guests for a intimate family meals before the big day or for the wedding breakfast itself. For larger weddings, dining in the Function Barn is possible for up to 120. This includes trestle tables and vintage chairs. Finally a marquee can be erected if you preferred to have only the ceremony in the Barn.
