  Caroline and her team were friendly and accommodating from the start. The service was brilliant despite unforseen problems with the venue's electric supply the day before(!) putting the bride at ease with a Plan B in case of emergencies.
  
  We were impressed with the sample menus, choosing a hot buffet. We thoroughly enjoyed trying a few samples of the food we planned to serve. The food was delicious and plentiful. Our guests liked having a choice of dishes and were eager for seconds when they were offered.

  Caroline, You and your team were nothing short of amazing. We particularly appreciated your super-efficiency in our pre-meetings - you didn't miss a trick and were on top of everything. We felt totally confident that everything would run smoothly. And it did. On the evening, not only was the food delicious and exactly to our taste, the efficiency, politeness and, above all, patience of you all was beyond expectation. We really held you up with our late running, but you stayed unflustered and professional, then cleared up so we had nothing but a few glasses to pack away in the morning. Truly professional, and a kind and gentle efficiency that we loved. And not to forget your flexibility with accommodating our own choice of crockery, which must have involved a lot of extra time and thought. Thanks so much. Five stars. Highly recommended.

  Anyone planning a wedding will know the dreadful feeling of trying to find trustworthy, reliable and decent suppliers. We were so glad when we met with Caroline from Peppers, she instantly exuded professionalism and we knew straight away that we could trust her with our day.
  
  We loved the range of food options that were available to us and how Peppers were so determined to make sure we had a special day. Caroline has the patience of a saint; the amount of times we changed our menus, numbers, etc, Caroline supported us all the way and adapted the plans accordingly, offering friendly and helpful advice.
  
  The food was absolutely delicious, generously portioned and was enjoyed by everyone (particularly the sausage rolls!) and was served with genuine care, friendliness and professionalism. It was also very reasonably priced but still of great quality. We are so glad we found Peppers and won't be using any other caterers in the future - neither should you!

  We just wanted to say a huge thank you to Peppers for all the hard work, patience, creativity, and care they put in during the lead up to our wedding.
  
  The meal was fantastic, and we've had so many lovely comments about how much people enjoyed the food.
  
  Many of our guests (including ourselves) have dietary needs, and it was such a delight to have a full gluten and dairy free menu that tasted so wonderful! The ease with which they catered to individual needs was amazing.
  
  Contacting Peppers always resulted in a warm, friendly and caring response on the phone. We would have no hesitation in recommending them. In fact, we already have, and on a number of occasions! We simply can't praise them enough.

  After presenting Caroline with the challenge of planning a marquee wedding breakfast, she supported us through the whole journey, accommodating our needs and wishes in every way possible. We had a wonderful day all thanks to Caroline, Julie and the team from Peppers! The food tasted amazing, the timing between courses was perfect and the waiting staff were very attentive.
