Old Oak Farm is a luxury and rustic wedding venue in the heart of Somerset with only the most professional and experienced wedding hosts. A completely unique wedding venue that was handcrafted by the owners with passion and love!

About

Long before the wedding date, couples will have a tour of the farm, discussing their budget, personal style and theme, and coming up with inspiring, unique ideas.

As a qualified interior designer, Rebecca can provide couples with help, guidance and inspiring ideas to make your day truly unique. Rebecca and her husband Andy have created a truly unique venue over the past 10 years, hosting over 100 weddings!

Facilities

Old Oak Farm offers couples the use of two adjacent fields surrounded by picturesque countryside, together with plenty of help towards planning an unforgettable day of celebration.

They have just revealed a brand NEW bespoke, purpose built barn in 2023! It has the owners signature niche rustic charm but with all the modern amenities that you would expect such as underfloor heating for winter events!

Dining Capacity - up to 200 guests

Reception Capacity - up to 350 guests

Packages

There are a selection of packages available at Old Oak Farm. Midweek packages start at just £3690 and weekend hire from £5380.

All of the packages include the following as standard:

  • Exclusive use of the 7 acre farm
  • Exclusive use of the rustic Stable Bar, and adjoining Secret Garden
  • The bespoke Barn
  • Furniture
  • Festoon Lighting in the garden
  • Luxury permanent Toilets
  • Fully licensed, complete bar set up ran by Old Oak Farm staff for the duration of your event (beverages to be purchased by your guests)
  • Mains power
  • Running water supply
  • Outdoor garden games
  • Decorative props
  • Coordinator service
  • Optional extras include Shepherds Hut accommodation (booked on a B&B basis), Bridal Suite and camping for your guests

Accomodation

There is ample space for activity outside the barn which is tailored to accommodate your guest numbers. An impressive rustic styled bar has president in the main barn, with an additional bar in the Stable, and a converted horsebox bar too!

Old Oak boasts a beautifully appointed Bridal suite, in addition to Shepherd hut accommodation for guests. Each Shepherds Hut was built onsite and delightfully decorated with everything you need for a short stay! A wash house too for camping guests in the summer. Old Oak Farm hold a license for Civil Ceremonies. These take place in the quaint, rustic pergoda beneath their beautiful Oak Tree or in the stable bar or inside the barn.

    To Rebecca, Andy, Emily and all the staff at Old Oak Farm,
    We wanted to thank you for ALL you hard work towards our wedding day! It really was the most incredible day in the most stunning venue, we are so grateful for all the help we had via emails before the wedding and the regular communication during lockdown. After two cancellations we finally got to the day, with the help of Rebecca's amazing coordination and vision, and to the hard work of all the staff at Old Oak Farm (a special mention to Andy for the help with the birches!) we got our dream come true wedding and some! Honestly we were blown away when we first saw the venue two years ago but ever since it has just got better and better! We will be back to stay in the bridal suite again. Thank you again for everything.
