With a wide ranging repertoire, spanning from classical to modern day pop, and experience performing at events all over the world, Timothy Tate has established himself on the international stage as the go-to classical guitar performer and composer for weddings.

About

Timothy's first step on his journey into the world of classical guitar music came at the age of eight in the form of his first guitar.

From there Timothy has studied at such prestigious institutions as The Norwegian Academy of Music, and the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, earning himself a BA(Hons) in Music (with a distinction in performance), and a Masters in Contemporary Chamber Music.

Due to his natural skill and passionate performances, he's performed for the Prime Minister of Singapore and Lady Walton as well as at numerous festival and events throughout Europe, to great applause.

On the off chance you can't find a song you want though, Timothy is more than happy to take special requests by prior arrangement.

The Service

Not wanting to limit the time he can perform for you, Timothy is available throughout your day. He can serenade your guests as they arrive in the morning, curate the right ambiance as you walk down the aisle, fill the room with sweet sounding notes as you and your guests partake in the wedding breakfast, and provide the perfect composition for your first dance.

Having played to small intimate weddings, and grand ones with hundreds and hundreds of guests, not only can Timothy's music cater to any sized wedding, so can his equipment. Timothy will provide all his own amplification equipment (if needed) meaning his music will be enjoyed by all.

Though based in Cardiff, Timothy is able to perform across the UK and on occasion past the border.
