Run by highly-qualified Personal Trainer Lucy Rees, OneLife offers friendly mobile personal training and fitness sessions around Bristol, Bath and North Somerset. Whether you'd like to lose inches all over or just tone up for your wedding day, Lucy can help. Her fun but intensive courses are carefully tailored around the parts of the anatomy you would most like to work on, and Lucy invariably puts a lot of effort into sustaining a variety of activities to keep things interesting.

Structured nutritional plans can readily be compiled, and Lucy supports each client via text or telephone throughout the week to keep individuals fully focused on their goals. Above all, Lucy loves helping others to the realisation that exercise can be fun, rewarding, and will ultimately supply a newfound energy you never knew you had!

About

Lucy discovered her love of exercise whilst still at school, where she regularly used to compete in athletics meetings at county and club levels. After working in the property industry for many years (meanwhile trekking and running half-marathons during her spare time), Lucy eventually decided to follow her passion and start up her very own business with the avowed aim of making a positive difference to other people's lives.

Delivered with a friendly and positive approach, Lucy offers everything from boxing to medicine-ball work, and has achieved Advanced Personal Training Diploma level 3, Gym Instruction levels 2 and 3, Nutrition and Weight Management qualifications, and a certificate in kettle bells, spinning, pad training and more besides!

Lucy understands only too well that one of the main reasons why many people may feel unmotivated to exercise is their busy lifestyle, so her flexible training sessions can be timetabled to work around your schedule, and can take place by arrangement anytime from 6.30am to 9pm, Monday to Saturday.

Sessions

To save you time and hassle, sessions can take place wherever is most convenient to you, be that your own home, a pretty park, or at Lucy's studio in Clifton. During your initial session Lucy will assess your current fitness level, ask what you would like to concentrate on, and build up your personal regime each week from there.

To take the stress out of exercise, each client will receive their own personal fitness plan tailored around the areas that they would like to work on, as well as a structured nutritional plan to help steadily achieve fantastic results.

Lucy also offers training in small groups of 2 to 6 people, giving you an opportunity to work out, make friends, mutually support and share motivation with others. Sessions incorporate boxing, kettle bells, weight training, medicine-ball work...the list goes on!

Intensive Bridal Packages

Lucy's intensive bridal package specialises in helping brides shape up for the big day. This course focuses on all parts of the body, in particular the back, arms and tummy, and will ensure you look your very best for the big day!

Generally, this package consists of 3 sessions a week over 6 weeks, and works in conjunction with a tightly-controlled nutritional plan, although the sessions can last as long as you like!

Lucy believes that communication is key to sustaining motivation, and will keep in regular contact between sessions to lend advice and push you towards your goals.
