  We would like to say thank you to the whole team at Frensham Pond Hotel for ensuring we had a wonderful day – it was everything we ever hoped it could be and everyone we've spoken to since have said what a lovely time they had. We were both so impressed with Mala's professionalism from the moment we met. From the start we've felt a high level of trust and absolute confidence that our wedding was in the very best hands.
  
  We were also very impressed with the high level of service we received from everyone we came into contact with at Frensham Pond. Everyone was friendly and really helpful. On the day the team were brilliant and I didn't have to worry about anything. The food was brilliant, we were hard pressed to decide on the dishes at our taster session, we loved everything!   My new husband and I got married at Frensham Pond Hotel and it was truly magical from start to finish. The wedding coordinator was amazing and went above and beyond to help me. The day went so smoothly and the staff looked after everyone so well. My guests had a lovely stay and the new refurbished rooms are delightful. The staff were professional all night and knew what was happening at all times. The hotel has stunning views which made for excellent photos. My husband and I cannot wait to return – thank you to all of the staff at Frensham Pond Hotel.

  When we went to look round Frensham Pond Hotel they were in the middle of refurbishments but the wedding coordinator beautifully described the finished venue and our trust was definitely well placed. The hotel looks amazing with beautiful rooms, none of our family or friends were disappointed. Mala, the wedding coordinator, was incredible and sorted out everything for us. The master of ceremonies was equally excellent, it really felt like all the staff wanted our day to be special. Thanks again.

  My husband and I got married at Frensham Pond Hotel and they could not have been more helpful. From the very beginning they catered to our needs and were more than happy to answer any questions we had. All the staff on the day were amazing, they kept the day lively and were so good with drinks and food.
  
  The wedding coordinator was our go to woman and she thought of everything and set us up, even coming in on her day off to see how we were doing. She was so helpful and a total rock in the stressful lead up to our day. We want to thank everyone who played a part on the day, it was magical and wouldn't have been possible without the wonderful team at this venue.
