Couples have exclusive access to both the woodland glade and the meadow for four days, allowing plenty of time for setup, decoration, the ceremony, reception, and takedown. There’s a discreet service entrance for suppliers, and the site includes access to drinking water, with optional power and luxury toilets available for hire.

Guests can park in a nearby field, which also has road access and even the capacity to accommodate helicopter landings.

On the wedding day, Woodland Hollow provides on-site coordination support to oversee logistics, assist guests, tidy the venue, and ensure everything runs smoothly. Woodland Hollow gives couples the freedom to choose any type of structure—be it a marquee, tipi, or yurt—and bring in their preferred caterers, bar, and entertainment.

Catering

There are no corkage fees at Woodland Hollow, so couples are free to supply their own drinks, arrange storage, and hire glassware and service staff as needed. The venue is open to any external catering, from traditional sit-down meals to quirky food trucks and mobile bars. A list of recommended local suppliers is available, though couples are welcome to bring their own. The Woodland Hollow team also helps coordinate catering logistics to ensure everything aligns with the day's schedule.

Pricing

Venue hire at Woodland Hollow ranges from £2,400 to £3,750. This includes exclusive four-day access, fairy lights in the glade, on-the-day coordination, water access, and parking. For those needing additional amenities, luxury toilets and a generator can be hired for around £1,350, depending on guest numbers. Celebrant-led ceremonies in the glade are included at no extra cost, making it both flexible and affordable.
