About

Willow and Thyme founder Joules attributes her love of flowers to her grandmother, who was a passionate gardener and told Joules often that "real gardeners don't buy flowers, they share them." After she had left her successful job in London to spend more time with her young children, Joules was lucky enough to purse her dream career of becoming a florist. The love that she sees in the couples she works with really does make all her hard work worth it.

Joules specialises in wedding and event floristry, and runs successful floristry courses in Buckinghamshire.

From sourcing the finest traditional roses, to rummaging amongst the foliage in her local countryside, Joules will go to great lengths to ensure your wedding flowers have the perfect look.
