Wild Fork West, owned by Michael Holloway, started catering for weddings in 2005, growing from The Pot Kiln, a well-established country pub. Michael began cooking at Market, a bistro in Camden Town in London and later cooked at The National Gallery, The Royal Academy and renowned Bath restaurant Clayton's Kitchen.
Wild Fork West creates stunning plates of food with the best locally sourced ingredients for you and you guests to enjoy. The team have a list of their favourite dishes ranging from wood-fired prawns and duck salads to barbecued steak and vanilla cheesecake.
However, they are more than happy to tailor the menus to suit your taste. There are also options should you or your guests have certain dietary requirements.
Michael offers a brilliant three-course meal menu that is perfect for a classic style wedding; however, he also offers two-course meals, buffets, bowl food and even food stalls. Wild Fork West understands it's your day and is more than happy to serve the type of food you want, it's completely up to you.
