  I knew we wanted to use Veiled Productions after seeing the wedding video they did for a family friend. My husband and I live in Germany so were unable to meet in person in the run up to the wedding, but from the first Skype call, I feel Rachel really 'got us' as a couple and understood what we were looking for in a wedding video. Rachel was always available to talk to via email or Skype, and she always easy to reach if I had any queries or worries.
  
  On the wedding day itself, Rachel went above and beyond! Not only did she catch all the magical moments on film, but she helped me sort my dress on numerous occasions, and stayed professional yet cool and supportive! The best compliment I can give is that our wedding guests didn't really notice Rachel was there – she was attentive yet unobtrusive and produced a wedding film we will always love.
