  Tracy made finding a wedding dress a fun and wonderful experience! She put my mum, bridesmaid and me totally at ease, going through all the dresses and talking about the pros and cons and helping me to pick a short list. She was enthusiastic, honest and really helpful when I tried them on, giving me ideas about hair, accessories, colours and dresses for the bridesmaids and even helped my mum to think about her mother-of-the-bride dress. From the first email to the actual dress-finding day, you get a fantastic, personalised service from someone who genuinely cares about your big day. Highly recommended and can't wait to get my dress in June.

  I stumbled across Twirl by chance in a search of a Lou Lou dress in a magazine. Straight away I relaxed into this warm, intimate, unassuming boutique, surrounded by the most gorgeous classy dresses.. I felt like I was in Paris! Any nerves melted instantly as Tracy greeted us. Now let me just say, this woman is AMAZING! She is a true pro and instantly got to work finding details of the big day to make sure the dress fitted the day and budget. Tracy really helped me to decide, giving an unbelievable amount of time and patience. Having chosen, Tracy then suggested we ordered the dress in a different colour and I can't tell you how happy I am that I listened to her. Today I collected my dress and it is stunning and the colour is amazing. If you want a personal, one to one, relaxed yet incredibly knowledgeable, professional service, then Twirl has to be top of the list! The whole experience made me feel very indulgent and special. I will never forget the fun I had! Can't recommend enough!

  From the moment I walked in till the moment I left (with my beautiful dress!!) I was treated so well. Tracy and her wonderful assistant Em were so attentive and helpful. She knew exactly what I was looking for and helped by showing me a huge selection hand picked and all neatly on the rail for when I came in. Very good at making you feel at ease and made the whole experience a great one. Thanks again for all your help and helping me find the dress of my dreams! Would definitely recommend to other brides.
