She has worked in the wedding cake industry for over 25 years and has a wealth of experience that she can bring forward to your wedding day.
Tracey has been making cakes for over 25 years and, in that time, has created delicacies for Darren Day, the Duchess of Cornwall and the Alan Titchmarsh show. In addition to her baking, Tracey runs a shop to supply people with their own cake making equipment as well as running cake making workshops. She has also had multiple books published, covering such exciting topics as cake decorating and, especially, baking with chocolate.

The design itself can be discussed with Tracey in a consultation where you can discuss your ideas and theme before the design process begins. She can create the traditional tiered cake, whether that's decorated in white lace, flowers and pearls or an imitation of a fairy-tale castle. Or, if you'd prefer, she can create decorative towers of cupcakes or individual wedding cakes, so you can guarantee all of your guests get one.
She also creates incredible novelty cupcakes, so why not order some in for your guests? You could get cupcakes with replica golf balls in long, icing grass for the golf enthusiasts, or imitation ice creams, for a beach wedding.
