The South Downs Suite is licensed for both marriages and civil ceremonies, accommodating up to 98 guests for the ceremony and wedding breakfast, with a capacity of up to 180 guests for evening receptions. The suite offers direct access to a private garden and a new stretch tent, allowing guests to enjoy indoor and outdoor spaces throughout the day. Exclusive use of the bar, gardens, and guest accommodation is included, along with a late license for drinks and music.

Culinary experiences at Tottington Manor are crafted by a team of six in-house chefs, offering flexible, locally sourced menus to suit all tastes. Couples can enjoy a complimentary menu and wine tasting as part of their package. The venue provides options for private dining, fine dining, or buffet menus, with the ability to tailor the dining experience to the couple's preferences.

Tottington Manor offers 12 boutique rooms and suites, including 5 superior suites, Club King and Double rooms, and 2 Single Rooms. All rooms are ensuite with either showers, bath/showers, or Jacuzzi bath/showers, and include amenities such as Molton Brown toiletries, Nespresso coffee, and free Wi-Fi.
