Before the Day

It's important to meet with Dan to discuss your requirements and plan the running order, with as little or as much tradition, formality and etiquette as you desire. Plus this is a great chance for him to get a sense of your personality and wedding theme.

Dan prides himself on being a trustworthy and comforting presence on your wedding day, especially in those times of need.

On the Day

Dan will make sure that on your wedding morning, he is looking well groomed and in his professional Toastmaster uniform. Dan will arrive early to ensure the venue is set up perfectly, checking table settings, place cards and where appropriate checking the cake table, guest table and guest book are in place. He will then liaise with the venue to coordinate timings and overseeing suppliers when necessary.

Dan will greet your guests, assist the photographer, announce formal entries and call your guests to dinner. After dinner he will introduce speeches, announce toasts and supervise the cutting of the cake.

Dan will always act professionally, not drinking any alcohol or partaking in some of the livelier celebrations, yet that being said, he will still be friendly, relaxed and fun.

He's also a great addition to your photos! He will ensure a seamless transition from the ceremony to the evening celebrations.
