Just exceptional
A huge thank you to Marie, Lottie, Emily, and everyone else’s names I can’t remember (sorry!)
We had our wedding reception here and it was absolutely amazing. We stayed the night before, and we were able to store everything - in fridges, in cellars, in the hall. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous, as is the location - highly recommend November there due to the trees and scenery. The food was absolutely beautiful, best sausages I have ever eaten!!! The staff were so helpful, quick, attentive, friendly, and they were always around to help - could not thank them enough. I couldn’t have had my wedding without them. They decorated, sorted food, I felt like a guest not a host. My partner is a fussy eater, and he loved the food. The kids and family all enjoyed the wedding so much. They really make it personal, and so reasonably priced I can hardly believe it. The bridal suite - just wow! You have to experience it for yourself! We will be coming back for our 1 year anniversary! Breakfast was just wow! I can’t thank everyone enough

Our wedding
Stanwick Hotel was an amazing venue. We got married at a church and then back to Stanwick after. The staff were incredible, from making sure we had breakfast in the morning whilst getting ready, to setting up the room exactly how I wanted it. Marie and her staff went above and beyond to ensure it was the best day. What is included in the price is amazing too. We looked at quite a few venues and it was extra money for certain bits but Stanwick had it all included in their package deal. I couldn’t fault anything at Stanwick.

From the very start of meeting Marie everything was so brilliant. Marie was extremely professional and made sure everything we required was absolutely perfect. On the day again we couldn't have asked for the most perfect day, from getting ready in the cottage, to the ceremony in the conservatory to the evening reception. Marie & Lottie and all the other staff were amazing. The food was lovely and the accommodation was fabulous. 100% would recommend this venue and of course Marie & Lottie

The Best
We recently had our wedding at the Stanwick Hotel on the 18th of October, and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish.
Marie, our wedding organizer, was incredible. She was extremely organized and kept in touch with us throughout the whole process — from our very first meeting right through to the big day. Her communication was fantastic, and she made sure we had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for better support!
On the day itself, the staff at the Stanwick Hotel were brilliant — friendly, professional, and attentive. Everything ran smoothly, and we didn’t have a single issue. They truly went above and beyond to make sure our day was special.
The food was outstanding — from the canapés to the wedding breakfast, desserts, and even breakfast the next morning. So many of our guests have told us how amazing the food was!
Overall, the Stanwick Hotel was the perfect venue for our big day. A beautiful setting, fantastic staff, and delicious food — we couldn’t recommend it highly enough!

Jane & Glen’s Wedding Day
A huge thank you to Marie & Lottie and all the Stanwick team.
We had no hesitation in booking The Stanwick Hotel when we chose our wedding venue. The hotel is a beautiful and private setting with many charming features both in the old part of the hotel and the new. The Pavilion and colourful gardens were ideal for our outdoor wedding, our guests enjoyed the outside bar and interacting with us, whilst having our photographs taken in the gardens.
The staff are friendly and caring and went above and beyond to make our wedding day memorable and as perfect as we wanted it to be, everything ran like clockwork.
The food for our wedding breakfast was to a high standard, with generous portions and many of our guests commented on how delicious it was, not forgetting to mention the wonderful buffet in the evening too.
The Stanwick Hotel has different wedding packages, to cater for different needs and affordability, we opted for the exclusive package and thought it was great value for money.
We would definitely recommend couples to consider this unique beautiful venue with it’s fabulous staff!

The most perfect wedding day!
I cannot thank Marie and the whole team at Stanwick enough. Our day was absolutely perfect, Marie took care of every tiny detail and made the day run so very smoothly. The staff were amazing, food incredible and complimented by all, the room was perfect. I really would recommend anyone looking for the perfect venue for their wedding day, to visit Stanwick Hotel and see it for yourself. It is the perfect, intimate venue with fabulously friendly staff and amazing value. It really is a hidden gem and we will be back. The hotel rooms are beautiful and food incredible too - thank you to the whole Stanwick team, we will never forget the most perfect day.

A Day to Remember
Where do I start! From the first stages of planning, all the way through to the end of our big day, Marie was highly professional, accommodating and well organised.
All the staff from all departments are a true credit to The Stanwick Hotel. Nothing was too much trouble, and everyone went above and beyond to make our day extra special. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, rooms are spotlessly clean, comfortable with good amenities, and the food was fit for a king. The FOH team were always on hand to help and were very attentive.
The in-house florist, Cat from rockabilly Rose, provided the most stunning centerpieces and table spray!
The in-house DJ, Big Bopper Entertainment, kept the dance floor filled the entire night.
We wouldn't have done anything differently. Our vision was captured just as we hoped and it was beautiful.
