The Old Rectory Estates, situated in Surrey, is a multi-award-winning wedding venue set in 8 acres of stunning Italian gardens. The Estate is a family-owned and run business, and they are passionate about garden and visual design with a background in fashion and interiors.

They offer full wedding packages or just the ceremony, which can be held in the Estate Hall or in the water gardens. The Old Rectory venue is exclusively for your use, so you can be sure that your special day will be unique, relaxed, and romantic.

The Old Rectory Estates is a beautiful wedding venue located in the Surrey Hills. The Estate has a historic Georgian house, 8 acres of stunning Italian gardens, and a wedding marquee. The house has 10 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, making it perfect for a large wedding party. The gardens are beautifully landscaped and offer a variety of settings for wedding photos. The marquee is large enough to accommodate up to 200 guests, and it has a dance floor, tables and chairs, and a bar. The lower terrace bar is a great place to relax and enjoy a drink after the wedding ceremony.

Catering

While The Old Rectory do not provide their own catering, they do take pride in exceptional services. That is why they have teamed up with a variety of local caterers who can delivering a mouth-watering menu on your wedding day.

Included in the Hire

The Old Rectory hosts a limited number of weddings and events each year. The venue will be exclusively yours for the use of the event. The venue includes a wedding clear top marquee with stunning lighting, including chandeliers, Italian uplighters, and festoon lights. The roof space is dressed in foliage. The marquee has a wooden floor with a dance area, tropical trees in pots, tables and chairs, toilets, as well as a catering marquee section with a refrigeration unit. A smaller stretch marquee overlooks the garden for welcome drinks. The venue also has a lower terrace and a marquee bar (staffed and stocked).

    A stunning venue, magnificent garden and marquee. The separate bar area in the garden was an added bonus and well received by our guests. Tony and Ben were very friendly and helpful in the planning and execution of the day. We had a magical day.

    We couldn't have imagined a better day. The team at The Old Rectory estate went above and beyond to make our day special and truly unforgettable. Nothing was too much and was better than we could have imagined. The venue is absolutely stunning and blew all of our guests away. We had the most incredible day and can't recommend this venue enough!!

    Tony and Trudy are exceptionally the perfect host with a meticulous eye and attention to details, trudy's hospitality is wonderfully welcoming and both the couple honest personality is something to treasure.
    Tony goes above and beyond ensuring he does whatever he can to making each clients experience the magic that a wedding should have. He will talk you to death but I guess that only because I met my match. He is warm, friendly and sincerely kind. The grounds are well maintained and groomed with a lot of love and care . I highly recommend this exclusive enchanted place where dream do come true. As a decor company this is one of our favourite venue to work with. The dogs ( whom I have forgotten their names) are friendly and very loving.
