About

This 18th-century former corn mill provides first-class hospitality for you and your guests. Originally known as the Treknow Mill up until the late 1930s, it became a private residence and was then turned into a guesthouse. The inn itself is a stone structure, fully inclusive of a bar, dining room and residents' lounge, all accompanied by wood-burning fires. Upstairs there are 8 fully furnished to-die-for cosy ensuite bedrooms, where you can finally put your feet up after the long, tiring day of dining, drinking and dancing!

Facilities

Civil marriage or partnership ceremonies can be conducted at a number of different facilities at The Mill House Inn, including the outside terrace with its fixed canopy and heaters. Following the ceremony, your guests can indulge in delicious canapés laid on in the bar whilst sipping a glass of bubbly and toasting the happy couple. The beamed bar with its distinctive Cornish Delabole slate flagstones and chic furnishings is the perfect place to host a drinks reception, relax for a while or maybe listen to some live music.

Traditional wedding breakfasts can be served for up to 120 guests and will take place in the restaurant alongside the mill stream. Evening parties with up to 200 guests can be accommodated, and a wide variety of snacks and finger food buffets are available.

Catering

All produce is locally sourced from around North Cornwall with ever-changing menus so you'll surely find something for everyone. Accompanied by a comprehensive wine list, it'll be hard not to indulge in their great-tasting cuisine. Accommodation

There are eight stylish, elegant ensuite double bedrooms fully equipped with Wi-Fi, TVs and telephones, including a large family suite which sleeps up to six people. Each of the rooms simply oozes serene tranquillity and comfort, and all benefit from beautiful sweeping views of the valley.
