Couples enjoy full access to the gardens for up to five days—including setup, the event, and pack-down—usually from Thursday to Monday.
Woodland & Rose Garden
Choices of ceremony areas: a woodland glade (seating 80) and a rose garden setting (up to 150 guests) surrounded by mature trees and scented planting.
Giant Tipi & Outdoor Amenities
A 13m diameter giant tipi with festoon lighting, wooden flooring and clear sides seats ~70 (seated) or up to 120 standing. The venue offers a fire pit with log seating, oak & redwood benches, parking for 50 cars, mains water and electrical supply.
Catering
The venue allows external catering by any supplier, giving you freedom to tailor your food. Guests may even bring their own drinks (with no corkage fee).
Accommodation
On-site glamping is available via a licensed bell‑tent village for up to around 20 tents, while off-grid woodland camping is offered at Badgells Wood, about two miles away. Nearby West Malling also offers B&Bs and hotels within a 3-mile radius, with easy transport links to London and the M25.
Pricing
The Woodland Wedding Package starts from £3,600, including exclusive venue access for up to 120 guests. The Tipi Wedding Package, from £4,980, adds the giant tipi, fire pit and enhanced lighting. Larger guest numbers (up to 150) are welcome at an additional cost of approximately £300 per extra.
