The Gardens at Polehanger are located on the grounds of Polehanger Farm, a family-run business that has been in the same hands since 1942. Once home to an award-winning dairy herd, Polehanger Farm now focuses on arable farming.

Ceremony

The Gardens at Polehanger is a beautiful outdoor wedding venue with plenty of space for your ceremony. While they do not yet have a license for legal ceremonies, they are happy to host blessings and other celebration ceremonies in the gardens.

If you are looking for a truly unique and romantic setting for your ceremony, consider the Polehanger Farm River Woodland. Located just a short walk from the gardens, the woodland is a beautiful setting for a ceremony at any time of year.

Reception

The Gardens at Polehanger is a blank canvas outdoor wedding venue, so you have the freedom to bring in your own suppliers and create your dream wedding day. They won't tie you into a "preferred supplier list," so you can choose the vendors that are right for you.

Your Wedding Day

Their experienced Event Managers from White Button Weddings will be on hand throughout your wedding day to ensure that everything runs smoothly. They will liaise with your suppliers, oversee the setup on site, and keep the day ticking over according to your plans.

The Gardens at Polehanger want you to have the best possible experience on your wedding day, so having an event manager on site provides peace of mind knowing that everything is taken care of. This means you can relax and enjoy your special day without having to worry about a thing.

Capacity

The capacity for your wedding day will depend on the structure you hire. The Gardens at Polehanger do have a maximum number of 120 guests.

Catering

The Gardens at Polehanger want you to have the flexibility to choose your own caterers, so you can create the perfect wedding menu for you and your guests. Whether you prefer an informal BBQ, a formal meal, street food, a buffet, or pizza, they can accommodate you.

They also offer a no corkage policy, so you can bring your own drinks to serve to your guests. This can save you a significant amount of money, and it also gives you more control over the drink's selection.

Hire

As part of or standard package, you will be able to access the 6-bedroom farmhouse and the Gardens from 9am on your wedding day, until noon the day after. They can also accommodate extra nights in the farmhouse or hire of the Gardens for pre- or post-celebration events.

Accommodation

For your wedding day, they offer their six-bedroom farmhouse for you and your family to use. They will provide you with a continental breakfast on your first morning together as a married couple.

Your guests can rest their heads after a night of celebration in their on-site glamping cabins at Meadows at Polehanger.
