Swancar Farm is an exclusive countryside wedding venue nestled in the tranquil Nottinghamshire/ Derbyshire border. Set within beautifully landscaped gardens and rolling fields, it offers a secluded retreat while being just 15 minutes from Nottingham city centre and 30 minutes from East Midlands Airport. The venue blends rustic charm with contemporary elegance.

Facilities

Couples have exclusive use of all indoor and outdoor spaces including the Glass Barn (licensed for civil ceremonies), the Gallery, and the Oak Hall which accommodates up to 140 guests for dining and 200 for evening receptions. The venue also includes a courtyard, licensed bars, a dancefloor, and a pizza oven. Professional wedding coordination, chair covers, table linen, and PA system are included.

Accommodation

The venue offers 11 elegant bedrooms in the main house for up to 26 guests, and an additional self-contained “Old Stables” cottage for up to 8 guests the night before the wedding. A farmhouse breakfast is included, and all rooms are styled to reflect the venue’s rustic-luxe charm.
