Kate spoke to us continually through the pandemic keeping us updated on what was going on. She made our day so special and took away so much stress. Any last minute changes were handled easily and never too much for her.

The staff are a credit to the business, They we're helpful, polite and couldn't do enough to ensure our day was perfect. They went the extra mile to ensure our guests were happy throughout and had a full glass at all times.
The food for the 3 days deserves a special mention as we had a number of guests come back to us and tell us how impressed and lovely the food was in all settings of the venue. Compliments to the chef and all the waiters as they truly went above and beyond on the day!

What can I say, a first class service from your first class resort. Katie Townsley is an asset to your business, attention to detail, and so accommodating, after postponing our wedding day several times due to the world wide pandemic, Katie was with us every step of the way through all the tears and tantrums and rearranging nothing was ever to much trouble. On the lead up to the wedding Katie was at the end of the phone along with the other team members from the resort to make sure everything was in place. The actual day itself was without a doubt the best day of our lives, the venue looked absolutely breathtaking, the food was to die for and the staff were simply first class. We felt like royalty. Well what I can I say, Jamie and I lost the venue we were meant to have, but coming to see St Mellion was the best thing we did. Kate sold every single part of the wedding to us and made us want have our wedding at St Mellion and I am so glad we did. It was the best day ever and wish I could do it all over again, Kate made me feel at ease when I was panicking about everything and made the day go perfect.
