Sorori Design Florist was established shortly after the birth of Maria's son Charlie in 2007. Having previously managed a flower shop and taught floristry at Bath College, Maria realised that her favourite part of the business was wedding floristry. Maria is extremely passionate about developing her very own personal style and brand, and as she likes to put it, "as Charlie grows, so does the business!"

Maria has over 16 years experience in the wedding industry, and works closely with her sister Lorna (hence the chosen name 'Sorori'), a talented and experienced artist and florist simply bursting with creative ideas.

Born into the business and a natural creative talent in her own right, Maria's daughter Lauren has recently joined the team as a trainee florist and administrator.

Maria's mother-in-law Jan oversees the floricultural aspect of the enterprise, working hard in the garden to plant, nurture and harvest scented sweet peas, pretty cosmos, vibrant dahlias... the list goes on!

Consultations

Maria offers free friendly consultations during which your individual wedding theme, colour scheme and other ideas can be discussed. Her intimate knowledge of flowers will enable her to recommend fresh, seasonal plants that will naturally be in bloom at the time of your wedding.

Taking inspiration from the tone and style of your occasion, Maria can suggest a wide selection of breathtaking floral arrangements, vibrant centrepieces, buttonholes and bouquets, all of which she will personally put together to match your colour scheme.

After your consultation, Maria will submit a bespoke quotation directly based on your requirements, and if this is accepted, you'll then be given the opportunity to meet with Maria again nearer the wedding date to discuss details in depth.

Over the years, Sorori Flower Design has steadily built up an exceptional reputation throughout the South West, and the company team regularly work in conjunction with some of the most celebrated and prestigious wedding venues in the area, including Eastington Park and Old Down Manor
