• Ceremony area (outdoor or within the marquee); legal ceremonies conducted off‑site by register office, with celebrant options on‑site
• Catering tent + link tent, with support for mobile kitchens or outside caterers
• Bar: hire in a mobile bar team or self‑catered setup allowed
• Toilets: portable loos to be arranged by client, with venue recommendations available
• Electricity provided on-site, with the option to bring generators for extra power

Catering

Catering is fully flexible at Rydals Meadow. The venue provides a dedicated tent and link tent for caterers or on-site food trucks. Couples can select any caterer they wish, without enforced in‑house packages.

Bar service is also under your control—opt for a professional hired bar, a mobile bar truck, or self‑served alcohol (staffed or unstaffed) depending on your style and budget

Accommodation
