To create your perfect wedding reception, Richardson Marquees hire clearspan and traditional petal pole marquees along with linings, furniture, lighting, flooring, heaters, generators and toilet trailers.
Whatever your style, from cool and contemporary with an air of sophistication to bunting and vintage with a sense of tradition, their marquees can be adapted to suit your every requirement.
The clearspan marquees can be joined together and a sub-frame wood floor can be installed to allow them to fit your marquee in your preferred location.
Richardson Marquees' extensive range of equipment includes six styles of chair, seven styles of lighting and four standard carpet colours, allowing you to personalise your marquee to your exact specifications - right down to the colour of the napkins. All of their furniture can be hired separately from the marquees.
They offer a range of sizes and styles of table for hire, including round tables ranging from 3' to 6' in diameter, traditional and metal legged trestle tables in 3 different widths and a 10' x 5' oval table.
Richardson Marquees stock a wide range of chairs and rustic benches to complement any style of wedding. The chairs are available with a choice of seat pad colour to work with any colour scheme.
There are two different types of dance floor available to hire - parquet and black and white. The parquet works perfectly for all styles of event. The black and white works particularly well if you want to make an impact. This can be hired along with stage if your band or DJ requires it.
Richardson Marquees also offer a wooden and LED bar. The wooden bar is available in straight 5' sections and the LED bar is available in 6' curved sections that can be joined together to create a round or oval bar.
If required at your venue, Richardson Marquees can provide generators and toilet trailers as part of the marquee package. They can also provide tableware, catering equipment and table linen and fridge trailers through their catering hire division, Celebration Event Hire.
After an initial remote consultation – either by email or by phone – to chat through your ideas, Richardson Marquees will then send you an initial quotation and marquee layout based on your discussions.
They then meet you at the marquee site to talk through your plans in more detail and to allow them to assess the site.
Once you are happy with your quotation, they simply require a 20% deposit to secure your booking. The team know that your marquee is just one part (although a very important one!) of your wedding and they are equally interested in all the other aspects of your plans to ensure that every service and feature integrates together to produce a seamless event.
The friendly team are always happy to chat through your ideas and are on hand to offer expert advice at every stage of the planning process.
Your final numbers and specification are requested 1-2 weeks before the wedding. The marquee is then built on the agreed day – usually the Wednesday, Thursday or Friday before the wedding. Once the build is finished the site manager will walk you around the marquee and answer any questions you may have. The team will then return on either the Monday or Tuesday as agreed to dismantle the marquee.
