  The seamless flow of the day from Olivia and Annie in the morning, to the toastmasters and Charlotte and the evening staff. All our guests complimented us on what a well-run, professional venue Port Lympne is. Thanks to everyone in the events and operations team for bringing our dream wedding to life.   The team on the day were so caring and supportive to us and our guests, nothing was too much trouble, and they made sure everything was okay. Even with a storm on the day they took control of everything and had it all in hand so I could relax and enjoy. A absolute joy to work with from start to finish!

  We were unfortunately hit with freak bad weather and torrential rain on the day, the team bent over backwards to make sure the day wouldn't be dampened! This included changing my bridal transport to make sure I was under cover, provided umbrellas to the guests and last-minute changes to the itinerary to make sure the day ran smoothly. I cannot fault the team in any way it was just incredible. This is THE venue if you want as stress-free an experience as possible.

Every member of staff goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and to provide unforgettable experiences. Words like "unbelievable," "breathtaking," and "stunning" were frequently used by our guests, many of whom claimed it was the best wedding they had ever attended.
  
  Ceyda: Thank you for being our incredible wedding coordinator. Your responsiveness to countless emails and your dedication to making our big day exactly what we dreamed of were remarkable. Thank you for altering our function sheet so many times without question and for holding my drinks and fluffing my dress when needed!
  
  Charlotte: Your calming presence and willingness to accommodate every request were invaluable. Thank you for keeping me calm in the morning and for your excellent communication throughout the day, ensuring everything ran seamlessly.
  Evening bar staff: Your constant smiles and enthusiasm, especially joining in with the Macarena, added so much fun to our celebration.
  Hotel staff: Thank you for assisting our overnight guests with check-in and ensuring their bags were taken to their rooms, allowing them to celebrate without interruption.

  The events team considered and listened to all of our requests, whilst sharing their expertise and advice which certainly made a positive difference on the day itself.

  First the venue sweeps you the way, then the staff do! They are extremely helpful, lovely and attentive. I emailed them a couple of times a week leading up to the big day and they replied within a few hours every time.
  On the big day they weren’t overbearing, no request was too much & they were there whenever we needed them.
  They do multiple walk throughs with you & introduce you to everyone who is working on your wedding so you know who to ask if there’s any additional requests.
  The day really went off without a problem and we couldn’t have felt happier with the staff and experience of the day
  The staff checked in with us on the morning but weren’t overbearing. We also met the coordinators which would be working on our wedding, so we knew everyone. We were kept informed of deadlines, when things got done (such as flowers, cake etc) but were never stressed as everything was in good hands

  Annie and Charlotte were beyond phenomenal! They were attentive and accommodating even when curve balls were thrown our way (fire evacuation) they did everything they could to make sure our day went seamless. Not only that, but all the staff at Port Lympne went above and beyond to make sure Marcus and I were well looked after.

  When deciding on a venue for our wedding, we looked around several to try and find something special that would really stand out from typical weddings. Port Lympne was somewhere we both instantly fell in love with - it's a stunning venue, beautiful hotel with incredible decor and the option to host our wedding here and utilise the reserve itself was such a unique venue that we knew this is where we would be getting married. Throughout the entire process of organising and configuring our wedding, the staff were nothing short of astounding. Every question we had, no matter how trivial, was always answered in great detail and we were able to optimise and personalise every aspect of our day with their expert advice on what would/wouldn't work or how to make our day smoother. Food was tailored to our requirements, photo opportunities, set-up, timing - absolutely all of our needs were not only met but vastly exceeded anything we could have anticipated. On the day itself, we had so much help from the team that the day itself went extremely smoothly and everything according to plan. All of the staff, management, reception, waiters and event staff were all so nice to us and our guests and were so tremendously helpful on the day that I had essentially no worries on the day apart from enjoying things! Everyone went the extra mile to accommodate us, keep us informed and checking that everything was all ok and it was the small things that really made our day special. I think the best way to summarise our experience is that we can't wait to go back for our anniversary! To any couples reading this, you really couldn't pick a better place to host your wedding and you can rest assured that the Port Lympne team will be there to look after you.

  We cannot recommend this venue and the people enough for a wedding. We were in great hands from the start. On the morning of the wedding we were in excellent hands with our event supervisor, he was on hand throughout the day and evening and no task was too big. He ensured that all details were attended to, everything went smoothly and to plan. The venue itself was absolutely beautiful, and we are so happy with our choice, we cannot wait for the photographs.

  I honestly don't have the words to describe how perfect and amazing our wedding was; from the day we put our deposit down a couple of years ago, till the last moment on the midnight on the 23rd, you and the staff there have over delivered on every single aspect. It was absolutely amazing and perfect in every way, I did not want it to end; all our guests, every single one, came up to us and said how stunning the venue was, how amazing the food was and how awesome the safari was.

  It was spectacular to be able to share with our guests the experience of a safari ride as part of our reception. Guests were blown away by this experience, along with the beautiful décor of the hotel, the grand detail of the rooms and the panoramic terrace setting. The food was exceptional, the buffet and the three-course evening meal. I can't thank the wedding team enough for their hospitality and kindness. The kindness and warmth we received throughout our wedding journey will never be forgotten. We will be returning to Port Lympne for many years.

  I can't thank you enough. We are so pleased with how the day went. It was what we wanted, intimate, chilled and relaxed. Everyone was so helpful and nothing was too much to ask. Sally, our ranger, was brilliant. The cottage is beautiful and certainly somewhere we would look at staying again. The food was great and it was nice to be on the other side rather than being the one cooking! Our photos are fabulous and I would happily recommend David to anyone. He popped round with our photos in a beautiful box that had been hand painted orange with black silhouettes of giraffes. It is absolutely beautiful. Port Lympne is a stunning place and I am so glad we were able to have our wedding with you.
