Oaktree occasions was set up and run by friends Jo and Caroline in 2013. With over 45 years' combined experience in the catering and hospitality industry, they have extensive knowledge of running events. They previously set up a successful restaurant together but their requests to cater for larger events gave them the idea to set up Oaktree Occasions.
Caroline is the head chef. Classically trained, her knowledge gives you the freedom to create your own bespoke menu. Caroline can offer expert advice on how to suit the menu to your budget and theme.
Jo is the front of house manager and master of ceremonies. Her skills and expertise are next to none when it comes to working professionally in the hospitality service. Qualified in Cornwall, she has worked in the UK and overseas and is praised for her extra touches and little details.
