About

Dating back to the 11th century the original Manor of Newlanda, now Newland Hall, has belonged to royalty and earls. Truly a historical gem, evidence exists to suggest it was a luxurious place of retirement for King Henry VIII.

With this traditional charm, still strongly present in Newland Hall, contemporary accents and refurbishments have made it the perfect balance of history and modern style. The stunning Henry VIII room is a prime example of this, featuring characterful hand-carved wooden beams. Rustic red brick exteriors and gorgeously green gardens make up a timeless scene, while the bright and neutrally decorated reception rooms allow your personal style to shine through.

We had the best day ever and really could not have hoped for more! The surroundings are perfect for beautiful photos and the staff were so fantastic, no problems at all! So many guests commented on how good the food was and how beautifully the grounds are kept! Kelly was our wedding coordinator and kept us calm and confident everything would be perfect! Any questions we had were answered straight away and communication from start to finish was great!

My husband and I got married here on the 27th October and had the most beautiful wedding thanks to those at Newlands Hall and especially Laura, our wedding coordinator. The venue is beautiful and we loved the marquee in the evening, it was so nice to have everyone in one place. The DJ was great, the food was excellent, and the service was 5 stars! It is also really good value for money. We could not recommend this venue enough, we just wish that we could experience the day again as it was so perfect!

We got married on the 3rd of November and had the most wonderful day. Everything went to plan and all my guests said how great the food was in the day and the buffet in the evening. Laura was fantastic and on the ball at all times. From start to finish the day was magical and all we hoped for. All my guests commented on how beautiful the venue is. From the minute I viewed Newland Hall I knew it was our special place.
