The grounds offer several enchanting spaces, each with its own character. The Marquee Meadow provides five acres of open space suitable for large marquees accommodating sizeable guest lists. The Woodland and Daisy Meadow create a whimsical backdrop with a stream and a Gothic bridge, perfect for dreamy outdoor moments. The Walled Garden, framed by roses and wisteria and centered around an ancient Catalpa tree, forms a romantic setting for ceremonies or blessings.

The venue typically hosts up to 180 guests, with tailored arrangements possible for larger numbers. Parking is available for guests and suppliers.

Catering

Little Dower House offers complete flexibility with catering, allowing couples to choose their preferred suppliers. This makes it easy to design anything from a formal multi-course dinner to a relaxed, festival-style feast. There are no corkage fees and no VAT charges for venue hire, keeping pricing transparent. For added ease, couples can opt for a party package that includes music and an in-house photographer.

Accommodation

The estate provides charming on-site accommodation for up to fifteen people across three unique stays.

The Victorian Lodge is a cosy cottage, well-suited to families or small groups. The Little Hideaway serves as a romantic bridal suite tucked among oak trees, and the Shepherd’s Hut offers a luxurious retreat with a king-size bed, wood-burning stove, and countryside views. Wedding packages typically include a three-night stay so everyone can relax without rushing.
