Langshott Manor has been a cherished place to gather and celebrate for centuries. This stylishly restored 16th-century manor house sits within three acres of pretty gardens in Horley, Surrey, and carries the kind of atmosphere that simply cannot be manufactured. With its water-filled moat, bell tower, original oak staircase and a bridal suite complete with four-poster bed and roll-top bathtub, it is a place that enchants from the moment you arrive.

As a four red-star hotel, Langshott Manor blends its historic character with every modern comfort. Part of the Alexander Hotels collection, it is managed by a team with real expertise in creating exceptional occasions. The Wedding Gazebo

For warmer months, the outdoor wedding gazebo — adorned with climbing vines and set within the manor's secret garden — offers a wonderfully romantic setting for alfresco ceremonies. Walking down an outdoor aisle to exchange vows here, with the gardens all around you, is the stuff of fairytales. The gazebo accommodates up to 80 guests for a ceremony.

The Mulberry & The Moat Room

Inside the manor, The Mulberry is the principal celebration space, welcoming up to 60 guests for a wedding breakfast and up to 90 for an evening reception. It can be combined with The Moat Room — an intimate space for up to 22 guests — which works beautifully as a children's table or additional dining room. The manor's award-winning kitchen team will craft menus around your tastes, whether that is an elegant three-course dinner, sharing boards or a relaxed summer BBQ on the terrace.

Langshott Manor offers a thoughtful range of packages to suit different visions and guest numbers. We knew as soon as we discovered Langshott it was the place for us. The staff were so lovely and helpful. Even posting our cake stand back to us after we left it behind.     We had a really good day and so pleased I pushed until the last minute for it to be outside as it was minutes away from being indoors and was set up for indoors too! Correct decision made in the end. The team at Langshott were terrific and very helpful and friendly throughout. We did at the time but please officially pass on our thanks to the duty managers and their teams, especially the chef for private dining which was stunning and the waitress we had in the evening Carolina who was very efficient and helpful to accommodate our needs.
