Langford Farm offers a 4,000 sq ft Farmhouse that sleeps up to 14 guests, featuring open-plan living, a cinema lounge, hot tub, dining hall and large garden—perfect for hosting intimate pre-wedding gatherings.

The Pavilion, a repurposed equestrian clubhouse, includes an outdoor gin bar, private dressing room, kitchen, and bathroom, providing a stylish additional space for your wedding preparations and celebrations.

Couples enjoy exclusive access to the entire estate—from the Farmhouse and Pavilion to the gardens and surrounding grounds—over a generous four-day, three-night package.

A luxury Glamping Village is available during summer or by arrangement, featuring four bell tents that sleeps up to 16 guests. Each bell tent includes real beds, electricity, lighting and a shared fire pit area for evening gatherings.

For horse lovers, Langford Farm is equine-friendly, with on-site stables, paddocks, a livery service, and facilities for grooming and bathing horses—ideal for incorporating your own horses into your ceremony.

The venue supports flexible marquee options for ceremonies and receptions, with no restrictions on layout or supplier choices—allowing you to fully personalise your setup.

Practical amenities for wedding guests and glampers include on-site toilets, a shower block, mini kitchen facilities, and a children’s playroom, all connected to the Pavilion.

The venue also offers ample parking, permits celebrant-led outdoor ceremonies, and allows biodegradable dried petal confetti.

Catering

Couples choose their own caterers with no in-house restrictions and select their own marquee and catering setup. On the day coordination, nannying services, an on-site florist and a whole host of wedding suppliers are all available via a recommended supplier list.

Accommodation

The venue sleeps up to 30 guests, 14 in the Farmhouse and up to 16 in the optional Glamping Village. The farmhouse guests enjoy exclusive access to all amenities including the hot tub, cinema lounge and large private garden. Whilst the glamping guests have full access to the self-catering facilities in the Pavilion and use of the toilet and shower block.

Pricing

Langford Farm offers a four-day, three-night exclusive use wedding package starting from £7,000 to sleep up to 14 guests in the farmhouse with full access to the Pavilion, and grounds. Optional extras such as the Glamping Village (sleeping up to 16 guests), can be added for an additional fee starting from £2,500 depending on the season and configuration. Many couples choose to split this cost between friends and family staying.

Marquee hire, catering and any other suppliers are not included in the base price and can be arranged through recommended suppliers or you can choose your own for full flexibility.
