The team specialise in design, particularly draping, backdrops (including flower walls), bespoke centrepiece design, floral arrangements and all other venue styling.

This dynamic duo will take all the stress away, as they source and organise external vendors and act as a "middle man" to ensure all communication is thorough and accurate. The on the day wedding coordination leaves you with peace of mind, as the team work directly with your chosen venue to ensure your day is everything you had dreamed of.

The Decorations

Jacinth Weddings and Events have a selection of quality and beautiful wedding props and design elements. Their wedding decorations include tailor made and completely bespoke table centrepieces along with a plethora of other wedding goodies. Some of the items which are available for hire include:

• Vases
• Candelabras
• Lanterns
• Chair covers and sashes
• Charger plates - available in clear, rose gold, gold, silver and red

Centrepieces

There are a range of centrepieces to choose from or the team can create an entirely bespoke service. Flowers are also available; whether you'd like real or artificial, this team will source the very best.

• Conical vases with silk flowers
• Cylinder vases with silk flowers
• Class cub rose and hydrangea flowers
• Martini glass with flowers

Chair Dressing

There are a wide selection of chair covers and sashes available. There are also alternative chair covers such as chair hoods with wedding ruffles. If you are looking for something different to what the team have in stock, then they are able to source chiavari chairs, Cheltenham chairs or if you're feeling particularly regal then throne chairs are also an option!

As soon as you book Jacinth Weddings and Events they will contact you to organise a consultation. On your first consultation with the team you will discuss your hopes and dreams for your wedding day, your chosen colour scheme, themes, centrepiece ideas and wedding chairs. The designer can then show you their product list and start formulating a plan which will see your vision become a reality. This initial consultation is extremely valuable as it gives the team an image that they know they need to achieve.

Full Event Planning

Offering full event planning from beginning to end, the team will cover the venue research, supplier options including catering if applicable, venue styling and decorations, guest RSVP organisation, music and much more. This service works perfectly for a busy couple looking for a perfect wedding without the stress of organising it. On the wedding day, the team will be available to coordinate with all the suppliers and the venue and ensure the wedding day runs smoothly from behind the scenes.

On the Day Coordination only

If you are looking for a little extra help on the day of your wedding to ensure it runs smoothly and there is minimal stress for you, then consider this coordination package. This would be perfect for couples who have loved planning every inch of their big day but would like to hand over to the professionals for the day itself so they can take a step back and enjoy the view! Coordination will be involved from five to six weeks prior to the wedding to ensure the team are familiar with all the individual aspects of your day.
