Jacaranda was conceived and created by Bee, Jon and Ian back in 1998. Their aim was to establish a catering company with an excellent and strong reputation for delicious cuisine, fine service, attention to detail and great value for money. Jacaranda work in association with the amazing Coco Van, a vintage commercial Citroen which serves food, drinks, and even acts as a photo-booth!

Nigel and the team went out of their way to make sure that we had everything that we wanted at our event. The food was great and the staff on the night were all extremely friendly and helpful. I'd heard so many good things about Jacaranda before we spoke to them but they were very helpful throughout the process, always answering questions very quickly. The week before and on the day I felt they were excellent. Minty and Johnny were extremely organised throughout and helped hugely with the timings and running of the day. The food was as we had tasted - amazing, and all the guests loved it. All their suggestions worked perfectly and we couldn't have been happier. Even with some issues regarding our Band, Johnny was on hand to deal with it all so your day isn't disrupted. Thank you again.
