HYLL Hotel

Hyll is launching in September 2025 in Charingworth, near Chipping Campden, nestled within the picturesque Cotswolds.

It’s a beautifully restored 17th-century Grade II-listed manor house, set amidst a sprawling 60-acre estate of meadow and woodland.

Cotswold stone, aged metals, weathered timber, hand-finished plaster, and raw textures. The aesthetic is minimalistic yet warm, encouraging calm and presence.

The hotel includes eight bedrooms in the main manor. Four suites and 14 additional rooms in adjoining former outbuildings.

Chef Mark Coleman leads the restaurant, serving seasonal dishes rooted in bounty from nearby farms, mills, and distilleries.

In 2026, Hyll will expand with a new events barn, designed by Tim Groom Architects. Built from local stone and timber, it will accommodate up to 150 guests, offering panoramic landscape views—ideal for weddings, performances, or private gatherings.
