The venue offers exclusive use of the barn-style clubhouse, featuring a picturesque patio that overlooks the lush polo fields. Indoors, the barn can seat up to 80 guests, while a marquee extension can accommodate over 250 guests, providing flexibility for larger receptions. The space is licensed for live music until midnight and includes in-house AV and a dancefloor. Ample on-site parking is available, along with full disabled access to ensure comfort for all guests.
Catering
Hurtwood Park offers a fully licensed bar and dedicated catering facilities on-site. Couples can choose from a variety of dining options including three-course wedding breakfasts, buffets, BBQs, or create a bespoke experience. The venue works with four trusted catering partners, allowing menus to be tailored to your tastes. Celebration drinks and reception enhancements can also be personalised to suit your vision.
