Founder Chrissie Creed has plenty of experience having previously run a successful restaurant for many years. She came up with the idea for Hey Pesto and started the business back in 2005. Seven years ago, Symon Gallagher, an award-winning chef, joined forces with Chrissie to make Hey Pesto all that you see today. Both of them are equally passionate about cuisine, providing a tailored and personal service as well as setting high standards for staff so they give an excellent presentation. They have recently won the Three Counties Wedding Awards 2016 for Best Catering.
