Hayne House is a stunning wedding venue, beautifully set in glorious grounds in Kent, just five minutes from the Channel Tunnel. It was a finalist in the 2015 Kent Wedding Awards. It is a mature house with beautiful traditional features, yet versatile enough to serve as a blank canvas venue, giving couples the freedom to decorate it however they wish. Celebrations can be accommodated come rain or shine; Hayne House boasts both a stunning interior and gorgeous outdoor wedding areas including the new Oak Framed Porch allowing you to get married outside.
Hayne House is hired on an exclusive-use basis, making every wedding event private and personal to each couple. It's a family-run enterprise employing a small team of committed and attentive staff, who can expertly advise on anything wedding-related. The team work with local caterers, ensuring that there is something to suit every taste or special dietary requirement. There are also three bedrooms in the house itself including the majestic Prince's Suite, which serves as a brilliant bridal suite.
Built in the middle of the 19th century, Hayne House was originally a hunting pavilion for the Prince of Wales. For over a century it was a private home, but then it changed hands a few years ago and opened for public use, specialising in weddings and other similar events. Nowadays operating as a family-run business it is regarded as one of Kent's finest wedding venues.

The venue is available solely on an exclusive-use basis. Hire price includes use of the house and its grounds, as well as the bridal suite, the marquee, tables and chairs and a bar service.
Hayne House recommend a list of local suppliers, but also give wedding parties the freedom to use their own caterers, so each bride and groom can be sure that they will find something that meets their requirements! Modern caterers serve a broad selection of vegetarian food, and are fantastically adaptable for unusual dietary requirements, and brides and grooms have the opportunity to choose either a traditional three-course wedding breakfast or a quirkier option, such as a hog-roast or fish and chips. The versatility of the venue means that wedding parties are more than welcome to hire ice-cream trikes or sweet carts.
Hayne House itself features five rooms, all of which have an ensuite bathroom and tea and coffee-making facilities. The Honeymoon Suite is positioned in the Former Hunting Lodge.
There is an on site Bed and Breakfast called Froggies which features five additional double bedrooms for guests to stay.
