History

Hall Farm has a history that will add charm to your wedding day.

It began as a collection of barns and milking parlours in the 1920's. These were originally built with windows and trusses that date back to the mid 19th century. After falling into disrepair in the 1980's, and spending much of the early 1990's unused, they were revived in 1997 by the present owners to be used as accommodation.

The same family then added changes to the surrounding grounds and buildings, and have built Hall Farm into the sparkling venue that it is today.

Facilities

Hall Farms has three beautiful areas for you to host your wedding in.

Water Meadow

With stunning views that cut right through to the River Ant, it's the perfect location for a marquee. You are also able to have your ceremony on the meadow.

Wooded Lake

The peaceful lake offers the perfect backdrop for your ceremony, surrounded by sunlit trees and the quiet of nature. You can choose to say your vows out amongst the trees, with all your family and friends around you.

The Barn

The picturesque red-bricked barn is fully licensed for ceremonies and is the ideal venue for a more intimate wedding party.

Catering

With no in-house caterers attached, Hall Farm allows you to have complete freedom over your wedding breakfast. You can choose a supplier that is perfect for you, and format the menu according to your tastes.

Accommodation

The Hall Farm Cottages are all self-catered, and available for exclusive use with hire of the venue.

Six Large cottages - these are three bedroom cottages that sleep up to six people each. They have a downstairs bedroom with en suit and two bedrooms upstairs with a bathroom. All the beds can be made up as either a king size double or twins, giving your guests flexibility.

Bridal cottages - there is a smaller cottage and a bridal cottage that combined sleep up to four. They can be found to the North of the main building, and include a double bed downstairs with en suit, and a bedroom upstairs with a private bathroom.

Loft apartment - this is a cosy option that sits in the entrance of the courtyard and offers accommodation for two people.

If your guest list should exceed the number of rooms available, Hall Farm has details available of local hotels and B&B's.
