AddressWe first saw Gemma at a wedding fair at Hartsfield Manor where we saw the 'upside-down cake' which we loved. After doing our research at various other cake makers we couldn't find any that topped that cake and so we knew we had to have it for our wedding day.... And boy it did not disappoint! Our guests thought it was unique and looked great! Not only did it look great all of the layers tasted great too! Gem was a complete star on the run up to the wedding- very easy to contact and kept us informed with the arrangements for delivery on the day. She even worked alongside our florist to get flowers for the top of the cake so that it would match with the bouquets!
All in all a great, friendly service and would definitely recommend!

Gem made the most amazing wedding cake for my July wedding! I had found a picture of the cake online, showed it to Gem and asked her to re-create it. It was a semi-naked cake decorated with beautiful macaroons, golden popcorn, mini-meringues and other tiny, delicious decorations.
I can confidently say it was one of the main highlights of the wedding with all guests gushing about how beautiful and delicious it looked and tasted! Thank you, Gem, I couldn't have wished for a better wedding cake!
