Goffin land is privately owned by the current custodian and is a work in progress to regenerate soil, nurturing meadows and woodland, to create a beautiful space for reflection, learning for greater wellbeing, mindfulness and joy. A firm ethos is placed on the alignment of self with nature, a truly spiritual place to commit your love to one another.

Evolving as a soil regenerating sheep & cattle farm and home to the Biophilia Project. Goffin seeks to be an oasis for social and ecological change providing access to land for those in need to connect with nature while nurturing mind, body and soul.

Facilities

Goffin Land welcomes all ages to their friendly wedding venue, and can even cater for the bigger children amongst us with fun activities such as big garden games, bushcraft and archery.

Blessings

Goffin Land is not licensed for civil ceremonies, however there are several stunning outdoor areas or Grey's Barn that can host a blessing. If you are looking to host a blessing outdoors, we would recommend the amphitheatre which can host up to 100 guests. This is a special area within a woodland clearing and next to the Pin Brook. Just imagine declaring your love for one another, surrounded by woodland, bird call and the distant babbling of the brook.

Gray's Barn

Gray's Barn is a two-storey barn, set within the land and views across the meadows and woodland. This timber framed barn is where you'll have your wedding reception and evening celebration. There is even a fitted stage available for music and dancing.

On the second storey you'll find a chill-out lounge area, with the option to add low tables, rugs, cushions and atmospheric lighting. This is the perfect spot to catch up with a loved one before re-joining the party downstairs.

The team at Goffin Land are able to provide venue dressing, rustic tables and seating, décor and even a PA system for the evening entertainment. Compost toilets are provided onsite along with a flush disabled loo.

Catering

Catering is provided onsite by a catering partner. Whether you're looking for a hog roast, wood-fired pizzas or a vegan banquet; your wish is their command. Ingredients are always fresh, local and organic where possible.

Pricing

Packages start from £3,000 and include the following:

• Use of the venue for a minimum of 48 hrs from Friday at 12pm
• Gorgeous timber-frame barn for wedding reception and party
• Play amplified music until Midnight in the barn
• Solar and Mains Power.
• Disabled flush Toilet
• Compost Loos
• Use of Amphitheatre or woodlands (or anywhere else) for an outdoor ceremony
• Main fire pit area, campfire space and seating with firewood
• Access to 96 acres of meadows and woodland
