George Mackay has been a florist for over 10 years. Her work has been widely reviewed on various blogs and in magazines, and she has previously provided her unique style of floristry to the likes of Chanel, Tate Modern, Armani, and The Ivy She is also the florist for Rick Stein's renowned restaurant on the scenic Cornish coast.

Having recently designed and built her very own studio amongst Cornwall's flower farms in Helston, George is delighted to finally have a dedicated space in which to work with couples to design a floral motif completely unique to them and perfect for their special day.

The Flowers

George's studio is set up in the middle of a flower farm, providing an ideal setting and plenty of inspiration for her work. She uses unusual and high quality flowers and plants in order to create bouquets, buttonholes, and stunning decorations that will perfectly set the tone for your wedding celebrations.

George invites her clients to her studio so she can work hand-in-hand with them to create something truly special.

Good for the Earth

George is also deeply committed to providing an ethical flower service, and uses locally grown flowers wherever possible. She always encourages her couples to use locally grown and seasonal flowers and plants, thereby significantly cutting her carbon footprint whilst still delivering stunning designs.

Her commitment to environmental ethics has led George to decorate the Women in Ethical Business Awards in London, as well as to take part in Eco-Business Forums at the Eden Project.
