Flora Special Occasion was founded by Nicola Mehio, a qualified florist and balloon decorator with a passion for all things beautiful.
After attending Art and Fashion College, Nicola decided to focus on floristry and balloon artistry and gained her National Diploma in Floristry at Hillingdon Adult Education College. Her eight years in the industry has seen many weddings, events and occasions embellished with her unique designs.
