The Process

In order to give the most personal experience and service you will only be able to attend with a pre-booked appointment. The easiest way to arrange your appointment is by calling the team directly.

Each appointment will be approximately an hour and a half long, to ensure a relaxed and enjoyable experience. Finding your dream dress is such a special time so we encourage you to bring your friends and family to share the excitement. We would recommend limiting this to a few people, whose opinions you trust and value.

The bridal showroom is on the third floor with no lift access so please let the team know in advance if any of you or your guests have any difficulty with stairs and they will provide a ground floor space for all the fun instead.

With regards to the dresses themselves, they are usually stocked from a size 8-20. Don't worry if the dress doesn't fit properly, the experienced team knows all the tricks of the trade to give you a good idea about what the dress could look like once altered. The team can recommend two experienced local dressmakers who will be able to alter the dress as required.

Please take with you own shoes and appropriate underwear that you plan to wear on the big day. This will help with the trying on process.
