Having travelled around Europe and run a lodge in East Africa, their food is a fusion of worldly cuisines from around the globe.

From incredible seafood to Lebanese mezze plates, they have incorporated sumptuous and signature cuisine into their menus with their added expertise and creative flair.

In addition, they also come from a farming background which has cultivated their passion for exceptional home grown and local produce.
