About
A Family Vineyard
English Oak Vineyard began as a dream shared by a husband and wife who swapped their careers for viticulture, trained in the craft and transformed a former cattle farm into a thriving family-run estate. The first vines went into the ground in 2007 and the vineyard has been lovingly tended ever since.
The estate takes its name from a magnificent oak, thought to be around 300 years old, that stands at its heart. Each of its wines is named after a species of oak, a charming nod to the tree that started it all.
The Wines
Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, the classic Champagne grapes, flourish here and are crafted into elegant, traditional-method sparkling wines that have earned recognition from respected wine critics. The vineyard has also been celebrated as one of the most beautiful in Europe, so your photographs are in very good hands.
