  A massive thank you to everyone at Elite tents. From the get go communication was brilliant and nothing I asked was too much for them. The support during the planning process was great, staff were always happy to take a call or email and respond quickly to any enquiries. Prior to set up staff were beyond helpful with liaising with the venue. On the days of set up staff amazed me at how quickly they got the job done and were so helpful with advising where to hang things... customer service is second to none. To anyone debating about having the logistics package... it is definitely worth it! I cannot thank everyone at Elite Tents for helping to make our wedding day amazing. Every guest commented on how much they loved the tipis and the atmosphere they create is like no other. My mom is even trying to think of an excuse to have a party to have the tipis again! Once again a big thank you!

  Elite Tents provided us with an excellent service for our Tipi wedding reception. They were always very efficient when answering any queries and helped us out brilliantly when I had last minute problems over electrics on the field. The venue looked stunning and our guests were amazed with how beautiful the reception looked. The Tipi constructors were great and finished the construction in no time at all.

  Magical... We started talking to elite tents a year before we got married, we visited them at a few open days as well. The team were so friendly and helpful. Closer to the day they couldn't of done enough ensuring I was okay and not too stressed; we even added more things on, which wasn't a problem. The tipi itself was perfect. The guests could not believe it. And I think it will be remembered for a long time. Elite tents thank you so much. Would 100% recommend to anybody. Great communication, caring and understanding.

  Max and I had our Forest wedding on 18.08.18 at Manor Farm Glamping in the Cotswolds. We had a look at a few options for marquees and instantly fell in love with the Tipis as they worked brilliantly with our festival/forest setting. We initially spoke to Jacquie who helped us sort out exactly what we may need and priced up.
  
  NOTHING was enough trouble for the whole team, from last minute panicking about loo hire, to sorting out tables, changing parts of our order last minute and generally having a laugh on the phone with them all. They all made the whole thing so much easier to plan. Thank you Jacquie, Sophie, Richard and the boys who helped set up and had such a laugh with us. HIGHLY recommend Elite Tents, you're a great team and we loved working with you. Thank you so much for everything! Just wish we could do it all over again.

From first booking to the set up of the tipis you have all been so helpful, friendly and to be honest complete legends. We could not of wished for anymore from you and the gorgeous tipis, we have received so many compliments about how beautiful they looked and to see the amazement on people's faces when the darkness came down and they lit up in all there glory.
