The aptly-named Eat Five Star is operated by a tight-knit and experienced team. The enterprise was founded in 2008 by Ed May, along with co-director Marion Sanderson, who together set out to establish a high-standard, professional and creative catering company, with a strong focus on good customer relations as their number one priority.
Expanding in recent years, the company welcomes relative newcomer Katie Watson, who is the face of the company's dedication to individual relationships with all clients.
Executive chef Paul Da Costa Greaves joined the company in 2012, and his 25 years of experience contributes a great deal to the delicious cuisine served by Eat Five Star.
The Five Star wedding planning service (as full or as partial as you want) is fronted by events coordinator Karine Millot, who herself has 20 years' experience in the industry.
