Run by an experienced, tight-knit team, Eat Five Star was originally founded in 2008 by Directors Ed May and Marion Sanderson with the intention of establishing a highly creative company which would have a direct and personal relationship with all clients.
Today, Katie Watson is the face of customer relations, working hard to make sure her brides and grooms enjoy the easiest possible experience, while executive chef Paul Da Costa Greaves brings 25 years of experience and his huge expertise to the table.
The efficient team even includes its own dedicated wedding coordinator, Karine Millot, who has 20 years' experience in the hospitality industry. Karine can organise a whole range of additional services as required, from flowers to marquees and so much more.
