Desmond Dubber

Des is an easy going, fun-loving photographer with 35 years of experience. He is based in Oxfordshire but is willing to travel wherever you're planning your big day. Alongside the beautiful traditional wedding photographs, Des best captures relaxed documentary style shots, allowing you to recall, as you look back through your wedding album, every spectacular feeling of your wedding day.

With years of experience, Des is able to blend in with your guests without getting in the way. Des also knows how much your wedding day means to you, so he will also be on hand when needed, and gives you plenty of opportunity before your big day to get to know him better. He can shake away your camera nerves with a wonderful and intimate pre wedding or engagement shoot.

About

Des has been photographing weddings since 1987, travelling around the country and abroad from his home in Oxfordshire, setting up his camera in grand venues and amongst intimate celebrations.

Des is a huge animal lover and uses his spare time to capture animals, portraits and stunning landscapes. Des takes every opportunity to photograph his cousins' horses Troy and Musket, and his own rescue cat Sophia. He also loves cooking and you can be assured he will capture the delicacy of your wedding meal, reminding your taste buds of the incredible food as you flick back through your photographs.

The Photos

Des opts for a relaxed natural documentary style, capturing perfectly the real emotions and telling the authentic story of your wedding day. You are sure to be treated to beautiful, stylish artistic imagery. Des believes that every wedding is unique, and with 35 years of experience, he has a wonderful eye for capturing the natural relaxed moments of families rejoicing and energetic celebrations. With Des' incredible style you can assure that your whole day of wedding celebrations will be encapsulated for you to look back on fondly.

Des also takes traditional imagery, capturing bride and groom in their bespoke outfits, and bouquet in hand.

Packages

Full Day - £1450

Des will be with you for ten hours, from the bridal prep to the first dance. This includes a consolation meeting, around 300 to 450 edited digital images on a personalised USB stick and Box with 20 to 25 6x4 prints. Travel is included unto 50 miles.

Half Day - £750

This includes up to five hours of coverage, with 200-300 edited digital images on a USB stick and a consolation meeting. Travel of up to 50 miles is included.

Image books

12x12 image book 42 pages - £175

8x8 images book 42 pages - £100

Extras

Des is also able to take engagement and pre wedding photos, and is quick to bring the fun to the shoot if you or your partner is a little camera shy! It's a perfect way to get to know Des and to ensure you are in safe hands on your special day.
