About Berry Blue set out with the mission of creating food with the wow factor, that was also locally sourced and seasonal wherever possible. Business owner Louise Brown was inspired to open a catering company after experiencing far too many bad buffet lunches in the corporate world. When she bought a property in the Cotswolds with a farm, she decided to turn some it over to growing fruit, vegetables and herbs to supply Berry Blue and the business grew organically from there. Head chef Alan Banks, along with a select team of top chefs, are the driving force and the creativity behind the food. Able to operate in most situation, whether it's a field in the middle of nowhere, a historic wedding venue, through rain, wind and snow, Berry Blue's top-quality cuisine will always impress.
